If you don't own a tablet and are planning to buy one..
Go for the new iPad if it is in your budget. It is the best tablet available in the tablet market.
If you own an iPad 1..
surely buying the new iPad is a huge upgrade for you and so you can give it a thought-if you can afford it.
If you own an iPad 2..
Well the new iPad isn't a huge leap from the iPad 2 but if you are a game fanatic and love watching movies on your iPad 2 and also an Apple freak then don't waste time in thinking and pre-order now.
And if you just use your iPad 2 for web browsing, emails, Skype, etc. then stick to your iPad 2 for now and wait till next year for the next iPad.
